42nd Street Pete’s Hitler’s Harlot Collection (2009)
When it comes to the world of sleaze films look nowhere further than the people at After Hours Cinema and the main man himself, 42nd Street Pete. Pete is someone who I would call a legitimate source on the days of 42nd street and grindhouses in general so he’s the perfect guy to call on when in need of some filthy adult flicks. This time around Pete brings us a collection of Nazi themed adult loops as well as one Nazi themed feature entitled “Hitler’s Harlot”. But the reason that real collectors are going to want this DVD set is because of the loops that are on here as special features, but I’ll get into that later. First up, our feature.....
Hitler’s Harlot (1973)
“Hitler’s Harlot” is the type of film that is trying deeply to shock and offend with every scene and although that’s not exactly what happens it is a nice effort. First off the very first frame of the movie itself contains actual news footage of Hitler and the Nazi’s so that’s sure to make someone out there mad. Then we get into the grimy stuff as we see a Nazi officer in a room with what seems like prisoners. They are then taken into the room with a female Nazi officer (very much similar to Dyanne Thorne in the Ilsa films, which were released later than this one was made, but you get the point) in which she has her way with the prisoners. The funny thing about this one though is how it all goes down. First off, the woman who is sent into the room first seems quite apprehensive about the lady Nazi. But eventually she gives in and actually starts helping the Nazi’s out! The rest of this is just typical fuck film jargon, a few sex scenes and some more real Nazi footage out there to balance things out.
The film itself is quite the mark on time as things like this were only really being made in the 70s when America could look back at the Nazi’s and feel free to make fun of them. Very Hogan’s Heros-ish wouldn’t you say?
The real strength of this collection however is in the special features. There is a section of “Depraved Loops” on the disc that features some very rare and hard to find 8mm loops that would have been very common in Times Square back in the day. Here’s a list for all of you hardcore’s that I know are just going to eat this set up! The collection includes the 8mm loops of Mein Kunt 1, 2, 3, 4, Caught in the Act, Captured, The Rape of the Waitress 1 & 2, In the Name of Odin, Entrapped, The Ass Rapers, Trilogy of Terror, Story of O and Scullery Maid. These of course are some of the sleaziest, nastiest fucking loops I’ve ever seen. With these included I’m going to have to add my “Not for everybody” tag to it, but if this is up your alley, then you’re going to really love this collection.
Overall I would have to say that “42nd Street Pete’s Hitler’s Harlot Collection is a winner in my book. Jam packed with over 3 hours of goodies as well you’ll find yourself having a sleazy good time with this set and that’s a promise!
